Consumer-Centric Rate Design and Implications of Performance-Based Regulation

The July 14th e21 Forum had two components — a presentation and panel discussion on consumer-centric rate design, and a presentation to launch (and solicit feedback on) a new research project on the financial implications of performance-based utility regulation.
